Recommendations will be collected and compiled to present to the Solano County Board of Supervisors. \n\n\n\nAMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT (ARPA) The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) was signed into law on March 11\, 2021. The ARPA provides funding for direct relief in the continued response and recovery to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
