MCE staff will be discussing a first-of-its-kind marketplace program aimed at shifting energy use away from times of extreme energy demand. MCE's Peak/Flex Program offers significant incentives to customers who shift or reduce energy consumption during summer peak hours of 4-9 pm and demand response events.

This moderated panel will include a state expert on peak-energy management and address the future of grid stability, decarbonization, and climate adaptation in California.
