Maira Vasquez and her husband Ricardo Morales, owners of a Latino-owned small business based in Vallejo, are stepping into the spotlight at La Onda, Napa’s premier Latin music festival happening on Saturday, May 31st, and Sunday, June 1st.
Featured in the “Restaurant Garden East” section of the festival, Botanas La Cruda will serve up authentic Mexican snacks to thousands of attendees.
“This is a big step for us,” said Maira. “I’m so excited and overwhelmed. We’ve never done an event of this size, and it means a lot. It’s a challenge, but one that will help our business grow and let people see what we offer. I grew up in Los Angeles, and what we serve—no one else has.”
The exclusive festival menu includes:
🌶 Aguachiles
🍤 Tostitos de Camarón
🍻 Michelada Mix with Ceviche Snack
🥒 Chamoyada de Pepino con Limón
🥭 Mangonadas
All items are handcrafted and packed with flavor.
When they’re not making waves at festivals, you can find them serving the local community from their home base at
